Work With Kairos

There is no single way people arrive at Kairos. Some are seeking space to understand themselves and their direction more clearly. Others are facing a business decision or project and want an experienced perspective. We can begin by understanding what brings you here, then determine what kind of work would be most useful.

Coaching

Make space to understand what matters and choose what to do next.

Kairos coaching is for people who want to think more clearly about their leadership, direction, and the choices in front of them. You might be navigating a transition, questioning a familiar definition of success, or sensing a gap between how you are living or leading and what matters most to you.

The work begins with your experience, not a prescribed answer. Through conversation, reflection, and purposeful action, Brian helps you examine assumptions, clarify your values and aspirations, envision a future you want to move toward, and identify the steps you want to take. The aim is not simply to accomplish more. It is to pursue goals that are genuinely yours, with greater awareness and intention.

Brian brings his business experience into the room as context and understanding—not as a substitute for your own judgment.

Advisory

Bring experienced perspective to the decisions and work that matter.

Kairos advisory work is for leaders and organizations facing a business question, an important decision, or a project that would benefit from a thoughtful outside perspective. Brian draws on his experience in business leadership, strategy, and execution to help clarify the challenge, test assumptions, assess options, and shape a practical way forward.

Unlike coaching, an advisory engagement may include Brian’s direct observations, recommendations, and involvement in the work itself. The scope is defined together around the situation at hand—whether you need a strategic thinking partner, support on a particular project, or help turning a direction into action.

The work combines clear thinking with attention to the people, values, and realities that determine whether a plan can succeed.
