Brian Limoges founded Kairos Alignment at the intersection of business leadership, coaching, and a growing inquiry into how people make meaningful choices. Over more than two decades, his work has spanned product, merchandising, digital commerce, retail operations, team leadership, and international expansion. He brings that practical experience—and a deep curiosity about the person behind each decision—to his coaching and advisory work.
